Purpose
ResumeAI publishes practical resume guidance designed to help readers organize accurate information. Content is written for clarity and usefulness, not to manufacture urgency or promise hiring outcomes.
Writing standards
- Examples use placeholders or clearly identified hypothetical details.
- Readers are told to replace examples with evidence they can verify.
- Claims about ATS behavior are qualified because systems and employer configurations differ.
- External sources are linked when a factual claim benefits from authoritative support.
- Articles are not produced as a high-volume content farm.
Template review
Template files are checked for basic opening, export, text selection, spacing, headings, and page layout. We do not use the phrases “ATS certified” or “guaranteed to pass ATS,” because there is no universal certification covering every employer's system and settings.
Authorship
Content is operated and reviewed by Zeyu Huang unless a page identifies another contributor. We do not assign invented professional qualifications to an author.
Updates and corrections
Pages may be updated when templates change, guidance becomes outdated, or a reader identifies a material error. Correction requests can be sent to huangzeplyn@gmail.com.
Commercial independence
The current templates are free. The site currently contains no paid placement, affiliate link, advertising script, or sponsored ranking. If that changes, the relationship will be disclosed clearly.
